Fred,
Thank you so much for your lovely comments on Out Of My Scull. If you are so inclined, a review on Amazon would be nice. You don’t have to use your name. I’m told that good reviews are what really sell a book. I’m truly glad it provokes pleasant memories of your dad.
So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. He was a neighbor and we occationally walked to school together. While he was in many of the advanced classes we did share a history class and I was amazed by his knowledge of American history and often added fun facts to the class. I'm very happy he was able to go on and fulfill his dream of becoming a doctor but sad to realize his passing is another loss to our class. RIP Dave...
Happy Birthday Louise. WOW - It's been a loooong time since we've seen each other. Did you make it to the 50th reunion? I don't remember seeing you - but then it was kind of a blur of faces and names. Faces that I often didn't recognize, since we've all changed a bit and names that rang bells but I had to go back to the year book to make the connection. If we missed each other, I apologize and if you didn't make it to the party you definitely missed a good one. I hope all is well with you and again Happy Birthday. Fred
I am so very sad to learn of Kathy's passing. She was a dear friend all the way thru tchool. Elementary, Jr. high and KWSH. My fondest memories were of our times together after school and on some saturday afternoons spent at the Kenmore theater, probably the Colvin theater also. We unfortunately lost touch after HS graduation but we did see each other once about 4 years after. That was a very special day spent reminiscing. I am so vey happy to read that she had a life full of family and happiness. I will remember her always as I'm sure her family will also.
Rest in peace dear friend. Fred Ego
So very sorry to hear the sad news. Dennis was a friend and all around great guy. We had chemistry class/lab togeather and he kept us all smiling and chuckling. My condolances to family and friends. RIP Dennis...
So so sad to hear of Lynn's passing. After KWHS we lost touch but reconnected during the 20th and again at the 50th reunion and continued to see each other since then. She was a very special person to me during high school. While we only dated a few times we were together often and did so much together it seemed like she was always ready to do the next exciting thing. A special memory was the time we went toboggenig at Chestnut Ridge and spent more time digging out of snow drifts and lugging the toboggten then actually sliding down the hill. Never-the-less it was something we always remembered and laughed about. I'll especially miss the lunches that we've had over the past few years. John Burniston, myself along with Lynn and Hank tried to get together here in Central Florida at different restaurants as often as possible. My heart and sympathies go out to Hank and hope we can get together again. Lynn was very near and dear to me - Good bye dear friend... May you Rest in Peace.
