After graduation, Ken attended North East University for two years. He was employed at Dunlop Rubber and Tire Company when he died in an auto accident on October 9, 1966 at age 20 years. Rest in peace, Ken
Ken was a good and loyal friend who was known to us as "Kelse." We had many great times together. During the Vietnam War he tried to enlist in the Marines but was rejected because of his flat feet. It was the Marine Corps' loss. He died way too young and is still missed. Our first son, Ken, is named after him.
I remember Ken as a big guy with a gentle soul. He was always kind to those around him - friend or not. It's so sad that he was taken at such a young age. I'm fortunate that I had the opportunity to know him.
