WELCH - Jonathan L. August 23, 2013. Was the CIO of Unity Health Systems in Rochester, NY retired in 2005. Son of John and Helen (Lauare) Welch; husband of Ann (Connors) Welch of Lockport; father of Jordan Welch of Revere, MA; brother of H. Laurie (James) Hartman of Kenmore, NY. Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.

Skip Grossman

Jon was the Asst. Photography Editor of the '64 Kenitorial and he never received the accolades he very much deserved for the highly professional work he did at that time.  He was incredibly dedicated and managed to keep a steady, even disposition regardless of the challenges or obstacles.  His contributions to the class endure.

I also knew Jon and am sorry to hear of his death.  I remember him as a smart, quiet guy with a nice sense of humor and quite strong.
